Exchange/ Refund Policy

• Customers are not allowed to open the package while the courier is waiting 

• We offer both refund and exchange options for our items

• Any item returned must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and in its packaging 

• Money is refunded through Instapay 

• We cannot accommodate requests for multiple sizes in a single order. Each order is dispatched in one size only 

• Exchange and refund fees will be applied 

• To request a refund or exchange, please fill out the Exchange/ Refund Form through our website or link in our bio 

• Requests are processed within 3-7 business days
